How did I find it? My friend @shifaqata is a shawarma fanatic. I didn’t even know what it was, but I had gorgeous grass-fed flat iron steak and found this recipe! I love learning and trying new things. My kids had it on naan bread with my Tzatziki (link here). We opted for just veggies and protein! Either way, it was delicious.
