Hannah's AçaÍ Bowl

My teenager comes home ravenous, and this delicious bowl is her go-to. Secretly I think her favorite part is pounding the frozen açaÍ to break it up for blending (better the açaÍ than me, just saying...).


  • 2 packets frozen açaÍ
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (plain)
  • 1 scoop vanilla beef protein (life time brand, with collagen!)
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Optional toppings:

  • Fresh fruit
  • Granola
  • Honey


  • Blend açaÍ, banana, yogurt, protein powder and milk in a blender.
  • Pour into bowl and top with anything you want!
